1. Confirm the reservation!
Verify the names: Remember that it is mandatory to enter the names of all passengers at the time of purchase and no later than 30 days before the trip. The reservation holder can do it through the portal:
Don't leave infants for last: If there are any passengers (under 2 years of age), they must also enter the complete information at the time of purchase.
3. Arrive in time at the airport: We must be at the airport 4 hours in advance.
4. The documents you should bring are: Original identity card, minor's permit if traveling without parents and for an international trip original passport. *You should consult with the immigration authorities requirements and documents to present for each country.
5. Additional services: Verify those included in the plan (baggage and/or services), date and itinerary of the flight, the holder may take the services with immediate payment up to 48 hours before the date of travel through the portal.
Remember that if you do not purchase cabin and/or hold baggage, you may only travel with a suitcase or personal backpack. Applies to
all airlines.
6. Pets: If you are traveling with an emotional support pet and you have a commercial flight, these 3 steps must be followed:
- Send reservation number to emisionvueloscomercial@onvacation.com 72 hours before the flight to receive the reservation code from the airline.
- The holder must consult the documents on the airline's website.
- The holder must call the airline's call center to register the pet 48 hours in advance.
For Commercial C flights you only have to do step 1.
