Ethical line - The Divan
ON VACATION offers its employees, customers, suppliers, contractors, shareholders and other stakeholders the El Diván Ethics Hotline, a channel to receive complaints in order to encourage compliance with ethical standards, as well as to prevent potential corruption, bribery, fraud, bad practices and irregular situations within our organization.
Complaint:
- Misuse and misappropriation of company assets
- Deliberate acts against the values and principles established in the code of ethics and the transparency and business ethics manual.
- Violation of the entity's rules, policies or procedures
- Acts of improper extraction or disclosure of privileged or restricted information.
- Corruption and/or bribery activities
- Other situations that are considered contrary to the regulations
