Recommendations when traveling
What documents do they require at the airport?
For Colombian citizens, a national identity card, identity card, or birth certificate is required depending on age. Foreign citizens should check with their country's immigration authorities regarding the necessary documents for entering Colombia. At the airport, you must purchase the San Andrés entry card (mandatory). Children under 7 years of age must present their original birth certificate or copia, issued by the notary and with original seals. Minors between 7 and 17 years old, valid identity card and original civil registry.

What special recommendations are there for the trip?
Always use sunscreen (biodegradable is recommended), bring mosquito repellent (not aerosol), and wear hats, caps, and/or other sun protection. Ideally, wear lightweight, breathable, and comfortable clothing, sunglasses, and stay hydrated. If you leave the hotel, you must arrange your return transportation directly and properly to avoid any problems due to the distance.
Do they require vaccinations for the destination?
It is not a requirement.
What currency do they accept at the hotel and the destination?
Colombian pesos. Credit and debit card payments are accepted; most major credit cards are accepted. There are no ATMs at the hotel.
Hotel Policies
“1. Do not hang clothes or other objects on windows, railings or social areas.
2. Towels are for exclusive use inside the room.
3. In accordance with National Anti-Tobacco Law 1335 of 2009, smoking is not permitted in the rooms.
4. The use or consumption of hallucinogenic drugs is not permitted on the hotel premises; any such case will be reported to the authorities.
5. The tap water in the hotel is not suitable for human consumption.
6. Food is not allowed inside the rooms.
7. It is not permitted to use speakers in the rooms at an excessive volume that disturbs the rest of other guests.
8. As provided in Law 124 of 1994, the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited.
9. Minors must always be accompanied by an adult in any area of the hotel.
10. Pets are not allowed.
11. Unregistered persons are not allowed entry to the hotel; they may only be served in the reception area.
12. We have security cameras; your data will be protected under Law 1581 of 2012 and the Video Surveillance Policy, which you can consult through the website https://www.onvacation.com.
13. In accordance with Colombian Aeronautical Regulations, airlines do not accept passengers under the influence of alcohol; we are not responsible for the decisions made by the airline.
14. In the event that minors stay with relatives other than their parents or there is no kinship, an Authorization from each parent, authenticated before a Notary Public, must be requested; the minor's birth certificate or Identity Card must be attached and copThe identification of the person(s) issuing the authorization, in case the parents live in another country, must include the corresponding recognition before the consulate.
15. Do not leave personal belongings in public areas; the hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage caused.
18. If the room has a safe, it is recommended to use it to store valuables.
19. The use of drones is totally restricted inside the hotel and accommodation areas.
20. Bringing food or drinks into the hotel is not permitted; doing so will incur additional costs.
21. Make sure you follow the pool regulations, which are set out and posted in the appropriate area.
22. The hotel is not responsible for personal belongings that are not left in a safety deposit box or in the custody of reception.”
