Remember to wash your hands frequently, use alcohol and keep in mind to maintain distance and respect the capacity of all areas.
What documents are required at the airport?
Valid passport at least 6 months prior to the time of travel, people who are 18 years old must carry the passport with the ID card number, if traveling with minors must additionally submit a current civil registry authenticated no more than 30 days before the trip identity card. When traveling alone with a parent, a signed and authenticated permission to leave the country. If the minor is traveling alone, they must bring an exit permit signed by both parents and authenticated.
What currency do you receive at the hotel and destination?
The local currency at the destination is either Dominican pesos or US dollars. The hotel has a dataphone service for credit card payments. Most credit cards are accepted at the destination. Please check with your bank to activate your card for international use.

What luggage can I bring to the airport?
Starting July 19, sales of tour packages to domestic and international destinations include only one (1) personal item (backpack) with a maximum weight of 6 kg that must fit in the seat in front of you on the plane.
NOTE: The maximum amount of luggage purchased cannot exceed the number of people in the reservation. Luggage service for ComercialC and Comercial flights is not included in the tour package; the surcharges listed in the tables apply as applicable. The weight and volume of each suitcase will be checked prior to the flight in accordance with the policies of the respective airline. In the event that baggage exceeds the weight limit authorized by each airline, the purchaser agrees to cover the additional costs. In the event of lost or delayed baggage, the airline will be liable under the terms of Civil Aviation Regulation No. 3: Civil Aviation Activities.
What special recommendations are there for the trip?
Always use sunscreen, bring plenty of mosquito repellent (not aerosol), hats, caps and/or other elements of protection against the sun. Preferably wear light, breathable clothing and sunglasses. Always remember to stay hydrated. If you leave the hotel, remember to coordinate your return transportation directly, in order to avoid inconveniences due to the distance.
