Remember to wash your hands frequently, use alcohol, and keep in mind to maintain social distancing and respect the capacity limits of all areas.
What documents do they require at the airport?
A passport valid for at least six months prior to the date of travel is required. Individuals aged 18 or older must present their passport with their national identity card number. If traveling with minors, they must also present a valid, authenticated birth certificate (no more than 30 days old) or identity card. If traveling with only one parent, a signed and authenticated exit permit is required. If the minor is traveling alone, an exit permit signed and authenticated by both parents is required.
What currency do they accept at the hotel and the destination?
The local currency is Dominican pesos or US dollars. The hotel has a card reader for credit card payments. Most major credit cards are accepted. Please check with your bank regarding international card activation.

What luggage can I take to the airport?
Starting July 19th, sales of tour packages to domestic and international destinations include only one (1) personal item (backpack) with a maximum weight of 6 kg, which must fit on the seat in front of you. NOTE: The maximum amount of baggage purchased cannot exceed the number of people on the reservation. Baggage service for Commercial and Commercial flights is not included in the tour package; the supplements established in the tables apply, depending on the case. The weight and volume of each bag will be checked prior to the flight in accordance with the policies of each corresponding airline. If the baggage exceeds the price authorized by each airline, the buyer agrees to assume the additional costs. In case of lost or delayed baggage, the airline will be responsible under the terms of Civil Aeronautical Regulation No. 3, Civil Air Activities.
What special recommendations are there for the trip?
Always use sunscreen, bring plenty of mosquito repellent (not aerosol), and wear hats, caps, and/or other sun protection. Wear lightweight, breathable clothing and sunglasses. Remember to stay hydrated. If you leave the hotel, be sure to arrange your return transportation directly to avoid any issues due to the distance.
